Home Care Packages

Home Care Packages (HCPs) are Australian Government funding packages that help older Australians receive care services at home. There are four levels of Home Care Packages (Level 1 to Level 4), ranging from basic to high-level care needs.

Accessing Aged Care Services

To access government-funded aged care services, you will generally need to be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). Contact My Aged Care to start the process:
